Training

Training consists of three days a week and two hour exercise sets.

Monday      6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M
Tuesday     6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.
Saturday    10:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M.

Warm-up (one hour)
  • Stretching
  • Jump ropes
  • Speed bags
  • Heavy bags
  • Double end bags
  • Shadow boxing

Sparring (30 minutes)
Intense group exercise (30 minutes)
